DG2IAQ Mods

Due to the increased requests on the daily job I run into less freetime (e.g. for the amateur-radio hobby). So it was needed to stop my cost-free "Ham-Spirit" work.

During the past ++10 years I received surely over 1.000 emails worldwide with further questions about my mods or with inquiries for help on individual user problems. I tried to answer everything, always free of costs and still tried to keep friendly. :-)

Looking back to the past 10..15 years it was AWFULLY time consuming. I spent more time in front of my computer by solving problems of other people than being on-air and join the amateur-radio hobby itself. Finally the chances of getting a QSL card from an arctic station, seldom DXPedition or winning in the lottery were higher than hearing me on-air ...hihi.

To keep the story short. "Once is enough !" I decided to stop any individual service by answering direct emails, having Skype QSO's or phonecalls. Pse. be so kind not to contact me and to respect my private life. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Anyway, some hams are still like young children and do not respect that. They hardly try to contact me anyway (just that I should - or have to !! - take the time to solve THEIR problems). I'm no manufacturer, but just a simple ham-radio operator. I do not earn any money with that. Such a penetration makes me real angry and it's hard to keep friendly anyway.

For all the others I do and I will publish all my stuff on my free Smartdrive. Hope you enjoy that and it's helpful anyway.

All the main mods are published on www.mods.dk generally, but all the other unpublished stuff you can find on my SmartDrive instead -- sometimes a wild and unsorted mixture but hopefully helpful anyway.
